Cured has reached an important milestone in it's lifespan.  They just celebrated the first year of operation.  Steven McHugh has proven that he has what it takes to be a successful restauranteur.  It is in a perfect location at The Pearl Complex and the building is gorgeous.  Very well done and inviting decor.  Their intent was to capture the history of the old Pearl Brewery and I think they accomplished that and more.  The Food is superb.  The Bar is incredible.  The staff feels like a family, and they treat you the same.  That makes for an incredible dining experience.  YOU MUST GO!!

The Palm is extraordinary.  They make you feel like family every time you walk through the door.  The food is ALWAYS prepared perfectly and the Bar is fully stocked with every conceivable cocktail that you may imagine.  We have never had a bad experience while dining and doubt we ever will..,

The Boiler House is Fairly new on the Culinary scene of town, but it has made a steaming hot entrance in The historic Pearl Brewery Complex in San Antonio, TX.

My new passion appears to have its benefits.  We were able to attend the Training Dinner for the staff of Market on Houston.  This is the new concept Restaurant and Market for The Historic Sheraton Gunter Hotel in Downtown San Antonio, TX.  Thanks to Ms. Tamara Elston for the invitation.  Thanks also to Mr. Bill Kohl for his generosity.  It is a great "Inside Open Air Concept" that needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.  The service was superb.  The Appetizers and Entrees were incredible.  Served in small plates and Tapas Style is perfectly matched to the ambiance and decor of the Restaurant.  The only thing needed is for you to go and experience it for yourself.

My wife loves this Restaurant, which means I love it also.   All I ever say is "Yes Dear".  It is never a disapointing decision.  Excellent ambiance and decor.  Excellent for Romance.

Zinc has been a San Antonio staple for quite some time.  The menu is incredible and the drinks are even better.  Not too many of our associates know about how great it is, but I'm hoping to change that.
